SALES ENGINEER: POWER PRODUCTS
Knowledge and experience in the following products with sales and technical knowledge: (if a candidate is having experience any 2 or 3 products is also O.K).
(1) UPS Systems
(2) Bus Bar Raisers ( Bus Ducts)
(3) Emergency Lighting and Central Battery System
(4) Diesel Generators
(5) DC Systems
Note: The person having knowledge on multiple products will be additional advantage.
1.Willingness to work in Gulf Environment with consultants, contractors, clients etc.
2.Bachelor, aggressive and result oriented attitude and aptitude to work under pressure.
Main Roles and responsibilities:-
- Sales and Business Development of PPD products (UPS,DG set, Bus bar raisers, Battery, DC systems )
- Seles visits, cold calls, site visits, pre-Seles visits.
- Estimation, coordination and collection of RFQ, project specification collection, enquiries generations.
- Quotation preparation, Attending technical discussions and meetings, contractor visits, Customer site visit.
- Cooperate with suppliers and study of drawings.
- Discussion with technical team, coordination for site visit.
- Meeting the targets, business developments. Covering market
- To work under pressure, time management, meeting the deadlines.
Additional Responsibilities.
- Fully assisting Power Division Manager
- Preparing offers (Technical), Quotations
- Technical submittals
- Payment follow-up
- PO collection from client
- Attending calls /passing the info
- Faxes collection/sending
- Collecting enquiries from sites/delivering offers to the sites
- OSF forwarding to internal depts.
- Preparing reports/emails for Power Division Manager
- Coordination for material delivery with after sales Service engineers
- Filing, Documentation, Compliance statements
- Internal Coordination with other depts. for Power Products works
- Visas and other formalities for Clients Division Manager etc. works
