Job Roles:
• Exploring potential business avenues and, managing marketing and, sales operations for achieving increased business growth and, initiating market development efforts.
• Defining and implementing profit-oriented sales and marketing strategies for B2B selling.
• Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organization for business development.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by responding to customer queries and achieving service quality norms.
• Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new options & presentations
• To bring in and follow-up on new sales and existing customer.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions with prospective clients
• Manage and handle customer's relations, feedbacks and complaints.
