2. to Make Effective Human Resource Planning in Accordance with the Organizations Business and Strategic Plan.
3. to Design Employee Policies for Individual and Organizational Effectiveness.
4. to Attract and Acquire Right Talent as per the Job Requirement.
5. to Assess Learning and Development Needs At Plant of the Individual and Organization and Deliver the Same Through Internal and External Partners to Enhance Knowledge and Skills.
6. to Create Effective Work and Job Design and Systems Through Employee Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Communication, Rewards & Recognition, Succession Plan Etc.
7. to Conduct Employee Goal Setting and Performance Evaluation Through Appraisals At Plant.
8. to Build Employee Competencies Essential for Job Performance.
9. to Create An Avenue for Higher Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation.
10. to Constantly Plan and Design New Methods and Systems to Develop and Strengthen Hrd Climate and Constantly Review the Effectiveness.
11. to Ensure Cordial Industrial Relations and Constantly Monitor and Control Situation Across the Country for Higher Efficiency & Productivity and have Effective Dialog with Employee Unions Whenever Required.
