Maharaja Ganga Singh University invites applications for the following posts :

1. Director Research 
   no. of posts : 1 
   Pay scale : Rs. 37400 – 67000/- with GP Rs. 10000/- 
   Age : Maximum 55 years 
   Qualification : Candidate should be an eminent scholar with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research, with 10 years of experience in post-graduate teaching and/or research at the National level institutions, including experience of guiding research of doctoral level which should include experience in organizing and coordinating advanced specialized, milti-disciplinary, skill-oriented programmes of learning and interdisciplinary research programmes of learning and interdisciplinary research programmes in the areas o physical sciences.
2. Deputy Registrar 
   No. of posts : 1 
   Pay scale : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should posses PG degree. 
   Experience : Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a position involving supervision, control and planning or atleast five years experience of teaching/research at the University level, with some knowledge and experience of Educational Research, Planning and Administration.
3. Assistant Registrar 
   No. of posts : 1 
   Pay scale : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 5400/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should posses PG degree. 
   Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience of administration in a position involving supervision, control and planning or three years experience of teaching/research in a college or University or an Institute of Higher learning or three years experience in Management of a project of academic significance sanctioned by a University, UGC or the Central or State Government.
4. Section Officer 
   No. of posts : 1 
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 4200/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate. 
   Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience as Assistant/Accountant.
5. Personal Assistant 
   No. of posts : 2 
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 3600/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with an efficiency in Stenography, Computer operation . 
   Experience : Minimum 3 years of working as Stenographer in a University or State Govt. Department.
6. Steno Grade – II 
   No. of posts : 3 
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 3200/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate and should posses a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi Shorthand and 35 words per minute in Hindi Typing OR Graduate with a minimum speed of 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing.
7. Computer Operator 
   No. of posts : 2 
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 3200/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate and should posses Diploma /Certificate in Computer Applications . 
   Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience of Computer Data Entry Processing & Management.
8. Driver 
   No. of posts : 3 
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 1900/- 
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed 8th standard and should posses heavy & light duty Driving license and knowledge of roadside repairs and efficiency in Driving to be examined through a Trade Test by the Appointing Authority. 
   Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience as a Driver.
