Food and Civil Supply Department of Punjab invites applications for the following post in Group C :

INSPECTOR FOOD & SUPPLIES , GRADE – II

Total no. of vacancies : 330 posts ( SC – 153 , ESM – 141, Sportsman – 23 and PH – 13 )

Pay scale : Rs. 5910 – 20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2800/-

qualification : Candidate should be graduate in any stream. And also should have passed 

matric level with Punjabi as one of the subject.

Experience : Minimum 120 hours of course with working experience in the use of personal computers OR Information Technology in Office Productivity Applications OR desktop publishing applications OR A Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ' O ' level certificate of DOEACC of Government of India.

SENIOR ASSISTANT

No. of posts : 2

Pay scale : Rs. 10300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 3800/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 5 years of experience .

LEGAL ASSISTANT

No. of posts : 20

Pay scale : Rs. 10300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 3800/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 2 years of experience .

STATISTICAL ASSISTANT

No. of posts : 2

Pay scale : Rs. 10300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 3600/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 5 years of experience .

JUNIOR SCALE STENOGRAPHER

No. of post : 9

Pay scale : Rs. 5910 – 20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2800/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate and should have qualified a test in Punjabi Stenography to be held by the appointing authority at a speed specified by the government .

STENO TYPIST

No. of posts : 11

Pay scale : Rs. 5910 – 20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2000/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate and should have qualified a test in Punjabi Stenography to be held by the appointing authority at a speed specified by the government .

CLERK

No. of posts : 133

Pay scale : Rs. 5910 – 20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 1900/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate.

MANUAL ASSISTANT

No. of posts : 31

Pay scale :  Rs. 5910 – 20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 1900/-

Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with at least 1 year of experience.

Age limit : Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years of age as on 31st January 2011

Last date for the receipt of application : 21st February 2011
