Central University of Kerala invites applications from Indian Nationals for the carious non teaching positions :

1. 2 posts are for Section Officer
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 4600/-
   Age limit : Maximum 40 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate with minimum 4 years of experience as Senior Assistant or in an equivalent grade in a State/Central Government institution/organization and also should have knowledge in computer applications.
2. 4 posts are for Senior Assistant
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 4200/-
   Age : Maximum 35 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate with minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant or in an equivalent grade in a State/Central Govt. institution/organization and should have knowledge in computer applications.
3. 3 posts are for Assistant ( UDC )
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 2400/-
   Age : Maximum 35 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate with minimum 4 years of experience as Junior Assistants (LDC) or in an equivalent grade in a State/Central Govt. institution/organization with adequate knowledge in computer applications and good speed in computer typing.
4. 4 posts are for Junior Assistant ( LDC )
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 1900/-
   Age : Maximum 28 years
   Qualification : candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Plus 2 Pass Certificate or equivalent and also should have sufficient knowledge in computer applications with typing speed of at least 30 words (150 characters in computer) per minute.
5. 2 posts are for Private Secretary
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 4600/-
   Age : Maximum 40 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate and should posses Shorthand speed of at least 120 wpm with 4 years of experience as Personal Assistant in a State/Central Government institution/organization .
6. 1 post for Personal Assistant
   Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP Rs. 4200/-
   Age : Maximum 35 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate and should posses typing speed of at least 40 wpm (200 characters in computer) along with Shorthand speed of at least 100 wpm and minimum 4 years of years experience in the grade.
7. 1 post for Junior Professional Assistant
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 2800/-
   Age : Maximum 35 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate in Library & Information Science (BLISc) along with minimum 4 years of experience as Junior Professional Assistant or equivalent grade or MLISc (Masters Degree in Library & Information Science) with 2 years experience in a College/University/Research Library with adequate knowledge in Library automation.
8. 2 posts for Technical Assistant ( Lab )
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 2800/-
   Age : Maximum 35 years
   Qualification : candidate should posses BSc or equivalent degree with 4 years of experience as Laboratory Assistants or equivalent grade in a research institution.
9. 2 posts for Laboratory Assistant
   Pay scale : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 2000/-
   Age : Maximum 28 years
   Qualification : candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Plus 2 Pass Certificate in Science stream with minimum 3 years of experience in a Laboratory of a College / University / Research Institution.

Last date : 28th February 2011

Application fees : DD of Rs. 300/- drawn on any nationalized Bank in favour of the Central University of Kerala payable at Kasaragod.
