Category – I

1. Scientific Officer (SO) / Technical Officer (TO) Grade E / D
   No. of vacancies : 12
   Discipline : Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Nuclear Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science.
   Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in the relevant field OR  M.Tech / M.E. (After B.Tech. / B.E. or M.Sc.) with minimum 60% marks in final year examinations for SO (E) / SO (D). Diploma / Certificate in Industrial / chemical safety / Non Destructive Testing ( NDT ) is desirable.

Category – II

1. Scientific Officer (SO) / Technical Officer (TO) Grade E / D
   No. of vacancies : 3 posts
   Discipline : Radiological Physics
   Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in the relevant field OR degree of M. Sc Physics with minimum 60% marks in final year examinations with diploma in Radiological Physics (DRP) from BARC Mumbai.

Category – III

1. Technical Officer ( TO ) Grade E / D
   No. of vacancies : 1 post
   Discipline : Physics
   Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of M.Sc Physics with at least 60% marks in final year examination and computer background is desirable.

Pay scale for Grade ' D ' : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 6600/-
Pay scale for Grade ' E ' : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 7600/-
