Same should be sent to the undersigned in a sealed envelop by ordinary post only. The applicant should give a declaration that all the information given by him/her is correct and complete to the best of his/her knowledge and belief. Application should accompany a demand draft for Rs.250/- drawn in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Faizabad Cantt. (Exempted categories need not send D.D. but should submit caste certificate in support) and two recent passport size photographs.
