v. Essential Qualifications :
a) Officers belonging to IAS/Central services Group ‘A’ Who have put in not less than 20 years of service holding joint secretary or equivalent posts in the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000-GP Rs.10000 and willing to join on immediate absorption shall only be considered. Preference shall be given to the Officers who are already empanelled for holding joint secretary level posts under Government of India
b) Cumulative work experience of at least 3 years in the preceding 10 years in a state PSU / Central PSU or in a large organization of repute

Executives belonging to Central/State PSU s having Degree in Mining discipline with MBA who have put in not less than 20 years of service out of which 5 years experience as General Manager or equivalent post in the pay scale of Rs.51300 -73000(E-8 Grade ) Governed under IDA pattern .
vi. Desirable qualifications :
a) Experience and talent in Men management in highly unionized environment .
b) Exposure to International Training / International Organizations .
c) Administrative experience in Coal mining related sectors.
d) Working knowledge of Telugu.
vii. Preferable age group : Minimum 50 years and not more than 55 years
as on 01.01.2013.
viii. Nature of Job : To monitor joint ventures, Diversification of activities
which area under way at the highest level in Central /
State Govt. Departments and other works.
ix. The incumbent Officer will be stationed at Hyderabad.
x. Other conditions :- Selection as Executive Director (Corporate Strategy) in SCCL
is on permanent absorption and he/she should be governed by the SCCL Executives
Service rules for all purposes i.e. Salary, Perks and privileges, Service rules etc.

5.00 PM on 27.04.2013 (website closure). Candidates have to take a print of the ONLINE Application Form after successful submission of data.
(iv) The printed form of the application signed by the candidate enclosing therewith copies of certificates in proof of age, qualification, experience, marks memos, Local candidature, caste etc., self-addressed stamped (Rs.5/-) envelope should be sent to the Director (PA&W), The Singareni Collieries Co. (v) Envelopes not indicating application registration number (OR) applications
without registration number will be rejected at the initial stage itself.
