The notification inviting applications for selection to posts are published in the Kerala government gazette and in the PSC Bulletin, the official fortnightly publication of the Kerala Public Service Commission .The short notifications are published in all Malayalam dailies and in important English dailies. Short notifications are published in a few Kannada and Tamil news papers as well for the information of the linguistic minorities. Detailed instructions regarding the submission ofapplications are available in the Website of Kerala Public Service Commission No application fee is required. The barcode number in the application formshall be quoted in all further enquiries/correspondence. Candidates are advised to take a print outof their online application and the barcode number should be written down and kept in safecustody for future reference. Educational Qualifications: 

i) Should possess a degree or a diploma equivalent to degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture Constituted under the Architects Act 1972. 

(ii) Should have been registered as Architect under the Architects Act 1972. 

(iii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.

Qualification of Punjabi is essential for these posts                                                                    

Application Fee: Cost of application form Rs.25/- at counter and Rs 75/- by Post(Through Bank Draft.), and Fee for SC/ST/BC Rs 50/-, Ex-Serviceman No fees to be Paid and All others Rs.200/-, The fee must be submitted alongwith the Application Form through a crossed Bank Draft, in original, drawn in favour of the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, and payable at Patiala. The applications received without a valid Bank Draft or with inadequate fee shall be summarily rejected. The fee is non-refundable. Candidates must write their name and address in BLOCK LETTERS on the back side of the Bank Draft.
