- Should know the fundamentals of animation.
- Should know Digital Inking and Coloring and should be able to do good Inking and coloring in Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator.
- Shoud have good understanding of color scheme and picking right colors according to Scene or environment or characters given.
- Shoud  have sense of composting BG and characters.
- Should have good Drawing Skills.
